A qualified Finance and HR specialist, Anna was previously a CFO & HR Director and a client of The Legal Partners, before joining as the firm’s Financial Controller in 2017.

Anna understands first-hand the challenges faced by many of The Legal Partners’ CFO and HR Director clients.  She combines an understanding of both the financials and the people and processes required in growing and maintaining businesses to ensure their success.

As an HR Director Anna developed and implemented policies including recruitment, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts of employment, training, employee engagement, sickness and absence and regular performance appraisals. She has run restructuring and outsourcing projects and taken a business through to sale. Anna has authored several articles for the website, covering TUPE, managing redundancies and stress in the workplace.

Anna’s role at The Legal Partners involves preparing and reporting on the firm’s financial and performance issues, development and preparation of regular reports on KPI's, developing internal controls to monitor, improve efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within the finance department together with policy development of purchase order procedures and credit control.
